Add an optional personal greeting on the Send Proposal page. The video appears in the portal proposal; it is not added to the PDF or the older Gateway proposal page.
Add the video
- Record your greeting and get its Loom, YouTube or Vimeo share link.
- Check that the video’s sharing settings allow your client to view it.
- Open the saved proposal and click Send Proposal.
- Paste the share link into Personal video below the subject.
- Check the video preview. If Neptune asks for a supported share link, replace it before sending.
- Review the recipients and message, then click Send Now.
The video link is saved when the proposal is sent. It opens in a window the first time that client views the proposal in the portal. The client can close the window to continue and use the welcome video button near the top to watch it again. The browser may require them to press play.
Replace or remove it
When resending a proposal, replace the link in Personal video, or clear the field to remove it, then send. Cancelling without sending does not save the changed link. If Neptune asks whether to discard unsaved changes, keep editing if you still want to send them.
