Dashboard

Read your current tasks, customers, reminders, and sales pipeline at a glance

On this page

The Dashboard gives each user a current view of their work. Open Dashboard from the side navigation. Each card title links to the full page behind that summary.

Choose whose work to view

The Dashboard starts with your own results. Administrators can use View stats for: to select another user or All Users. That choice applies to the task, customer, reminder, and pipeline summaries.

Other users see the results available to their role and assignments without this selector.

Read the cards

  • Pipeline shows the open pipeline sale value, accepted proposals and value, and unsigned contracts and value. It appears for admins and consultants when proposals are available. Pipeline figures are current open work and are not limited to seven days. See Pipeline.
  • Tasks shows Today and Next 7 days. Tasks that overlap the relevant time window count in the summary. Click Tasks to open the Planner. See Planner.
  • Customers shows the current number of customers in each configured status. Test customers are excluded. Click Customers to open the customer list.
  • Reminders shows open reminders grouped as Overdue, Due today, Next 7 days, and Total. Each number opens the matching reminder filter. See Reminders.

The customer and pipeline cards describe current records. The task and reminder cards include the seven-day operational view, so their numbers change as dates, assignments, and completion states change.

Troubleshooting

  • If the Dashboard shows no customer status, the selected user may have no non-test customers in that status.
  • If reminder counts are unavailable, an administrator must select the organisation address so Neptune can determine the reminder timezone.
  • If an expected pipeline item is missing, check its consultant, proposal or contract status, and whether the customer is marked as a test customer.
  • If you do not see the Pipeline card or user selector, the feature or your role does not provide that view.
