Pipeline
The Pipeline shows opportunities that have moved beyond the proposal stage. It brings accepted proposals and sent contracts into one view so you can see their value, margin, consultant, and progress.
Pipeline access depends on your role and your organisation’s plan.
Open the Pipeline
- Open Dashboard.
- Find the Pipeline summary.
- Click the Pipeline heading to open the full Pipeline page.
If the Pipeline summary is not shown, your role or organisation plan may not include proposal access.
Understand the stages
- Accepted proposal: the customer has accepted the proposal and a contract has not replaced it as the active stage.
- Unsigned contract: a contract has been created and sent but has not been signed.
- Signed contract: the contract has been signed. Signed contracts are hidden until you turn on Include signed contracts.
Draft contracts are not included.
Filter opportunities
Use the controls at the top of the Pipeline to focus on the opportunities you want to review:
- Choose a person from Consultant, or choose All consultants. Consultants are automatically limited to their own opportunities.
- Choose All stages, Accepted proposal, or Unsigned contract from Stage.
- Turn on Include signed contracts when you also want completed contracts in the totals and list.
- Select Signed contract from Stage if you want to review only signed work.
The totals and opportunity list update to match the selected filters.
Review pipeline totals
The summary shows the combined Sale value, Cost, Gross profit, and Net margin for the opportunities included by your filters. It also shows the number and value of opportunities in each stage.
Open and follow up an opportunity
Each opportunity card shows its stage, age, customer, consultant, document references, and sale value.
- Click the card to expand its cost, gross profit, and net margin details.
- Click the customer name to open the customer record.
- Click the proposal reference to open the accepted proposal.
- When a contract exists, click the contract reference to open its summary.
Use the age to identify work that may need follow-up. Accepted proposals age from acceptance; contract stages age from contract creation.
The Pipeline is a reporting and navigation view. Update the proposal or contract itself when its details need to change.
