After signing in, use Home for an overview and Documents for the full list of available sales documents.
Use Home
Home shows the information available for your project. Depending on what your consultant has sent, you may see:
- A featured proposal, or separate proposal options to compare.
- A next action, such as reviewing a proposal or signing a contract or variation.
- Your project, with Proposal, Contract, Construction and Handover stages.
- Recent documents.
- Your consultant, with their name, photo or initials, and available contact details.
If no proposal has been sent, Home can show that your proposal is being prepared. Empty sections are left out.
The project stages give an overview of the sales journey. They do not provide a live job schedule or construction progress updates in the portal.
Find a document
- Open Documents.
- Find the document by its type, number, status, date or total.
- Click View.
- Use the page controls below the list if there are more documents.
Proposals open inside the portal. Contracts and variations open in Gateway in a new tab. Return to the portal tab to find another document.
The portal lists eligible sales documents for your lead or customer record. Proposals appear after they have been sent and can remain available when viewed, accepted or moved to contract. Contracts appear when sent, viewed or signed; variations appear when sent or signed. Drafts, superseded proposals and earlier proposal or contract formats are not listed. If a document is missing, ask your consultant to check it.
Contact your consultant
The phone button opens your device’s calling app. Email opens your email app with the consultant’s address. Where a record-copy address is included in CC, keep it there so your email can be added to your record.
Consultant details are shown when available. Staff can add a profile photo and check the assigned consultant if the card is missing.
