Yes, for new customers. Whatever pillars you choose start with a 14-day free trial, and your first payment is taken when it ends. SMS isn't part of the trial; it switches on, and you start paying for it, when the trial ends. If you've had a Neptune subscription before, billing starts at checkout.
Yes. Any pillar works on its own and comes with customer records: the customer list, one contact per customer, comments and the timeline. Quotes emails your proposals, contracts and variations from Neptune with brochures attached, and replies go to your own inbox. Add CRM later for leads, follow-up, SMS and the rest, without moving any data.
No. Quotes comes with its own customer records, so you can quote, send and sign without any other CRM. If you later want leads, follow-up sequences and conversations, add the CRM pillar.
